Eurodressage.com - CDI *** Mariakalnok, Hungary

“Wagner and Quater Back Junior Shine at 2018 CDI-W Mariakalnok.

Luxembourg has a new dressage hero in the lead-up to the 2018 World Equestrian Games. The 25-year old Nicolas Wagner made a spectacular international Grand Prix debut on the 9-year old Quater Back Junior at the 2018 CDI-W Mariakalnok in Hungary on 3 – 6 May 2018.

Wagner and Quater Back Junior (by Quaterback x Bonheur) scored a winning 73.652% in the Grand Prix and went on to post any other victorious score on the board, 73.596%, in the Grand Prix Special. He twice kept German Christina Boos on Lobenswert far behind him as he was the sole rider to break the 70% marker in the Grand Prix Special tour.  Wagner has competed at Under 25 Grand Prix level before, but this was his senior Grand Prix CDI debut.” – via Eurodressage.com

FEI.org: Longines FEI Nations Cup of Slovakia

“It was a tightly contested event at the x-bionic sphere…

Team Switzerland has taken an early lead in the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ competition after winning the first of eight legs at Samorin, Slovakia.

In a tightly contested event, where the lead kept changing hands until the final round of jumping, Switzerland finished with only nine penalty points after two rounds of competition. Each of the eight countries participating had four riders circling the daunting course twice.” – via FEI.org
